With almost 30 years of experience and a wealth of projects nationally and in the Virgin Islands, Erik has won awards for his designs, the most recent of which is an international award for his WWII Tower House. His wide spectrum of projects include housing revitalization for the U.S. Military, commercial airport facilities, home additions and complete home makeovers, and, of course, high-end custom homes…his true passion.
Erik has been coming to the beach since he was big enough to skimboard and his family established the Dairy Queen in Dewey Beach – where he spent a lot of summers slaving away making blizzards. Erik settled in Ocean View, with his wife Karen and daughter Melanie, several years ago and absolutely loves the beach life.
